I am Ilka, a passionate presenter from Hamburg – sporty, full of energy, with wit and charm on stage. Benn passion makes the difference! Inspiring people and offering infotainment is what I strive for in my daily work. I have hosted over 4,000 events since 2001. Starting with VIVA and DJ BOBO, I now work as a reporter for WELT and host events – in German and English – hybrid, digital and live with a focus on digitalization, automotive, finance, real estate, metaverse, IT\/cybersecurity, start-ups and sustainability. I also pass on all my expertise from the stage as a coach for rhetoric and body language. In 2022, my 2nd book “Erfolgskompass – Deine Reise zum Erfolg” was published. When I’m not on stage, sport is my passion: 2 IRONMANs, over 20 marathons, crossing the Alps and much more are the challenges I set myself time and again. And since 2023 I have been following another passion – music (see Spotify<\/a>). In the same year, I was appointed to the Senate of Economy as a senator. My life is like a colorful bouquet of flowers and I want to motivate others.
